 A upper body workout tough enough for our Men viewers! I was asked by one of our men viewers to do a upper body workout that you can do without any equipment. We will do a push up in front of a bench or you could use a step We are pushing up to the bench and back down which will work chest, back, and arms Sets of 10 After each set you will perform tricep dips until exhaustion We will perform 2-3 sets depending on how tired Pat gets J This workout can be done by our women as well…  its tough but you will get results!
