If you are looking to whip up a healthy side dishes just in time for the holidays…Spiced Roasted Chickpeas is packed with fiber, low in fat, and low in Carbs 

Spiced Roasted Chickpeas Ingredients:

  • 2 15 ounce cans of organic chickpeas- Rinsed and drained 
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin 
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander 
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder 
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees 
  2. In a medium bowl toss the chickpeas with the olive oil, cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt, and pepper 
  3. Spread the chick peas on a cookie sheet 
  4. Roast for 30 min or until slightly golden
